Simple - Diana Henry

I got this one out from the library, and while the pictures make the food look tasty and I would not eating some of it, I did not feel like it was food I would cook.  Really, it wasn't simple for me.  I am unlikely to buy pomegranates and figs and found it mostly a bit  too fancy and expensive for my tastes and budget. 2/5

I never find any cooking described as 'simple' to be simple. The preparation time for anything always seems about one tenth of what it turns out to be.
